• Tariffs are valid from 1/11/08, and are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Stay: A two night minimum stay applies on weekends, and three night minimum stay on long weekends. Single night stays may be booked midweek.
• Making a Reservation: To confirm your booking a 50% deposit is required, which can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit. The balance is due on arrival, and may be paid by any of the above methods, or by Cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is refundable provided we are advised of the cancellation more than 14 days prior to your arrival. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is only refundable if we are able to re-book the cottage.
• Check-in: From 12 noon.
• Check-out: By 12 noon.
• Smoking: All inside areas of the cottage are smoke free. Please respect this and refrain from smoking inside. As we are located in a bushfire prone area, sensible behaviour is expected if smoking outdoors.
